"GoUniversal came into our lives in the most divine and organic way. My husband is a paraplegic and has really been hard on his shoulders both before and especially since his accident. He is getting to where he needs some assistance moving around to do his ADLs (Activities of Daily Living). We were connected with them to install 2 ceiling lifts in our home; one in the Master-suite and one in the garage. The GoUniversal crew was amazing to work with from day one to the final day of construction. They told us when they’d be here, and they were!!! As they worked on our project, they were very diligent to clean up the job site as they went along. IT WAS MORE APPRECIATED THAN THEY WILL EVER KNOW! Also, we have 2 beautifully hung tracks and lifts!

We also had them install threshold ramps at every door for Brad to roll in/out without having to jump the threshold. They are some of the best items we have installed since he was injured. Living in North Dakota, the wind blows a lot and it is not possible to have exterior doors without thresholds... they fixed the problem of potentially missing the pop-up and having a bad crash (which had happened before). We will definitely be ordering a few more!
